You can save the source in a roundabout route by View Source, and
click the little button on the bottom right corner - this will open a
text editor (as specified in Textinput prefs IIRC) which you can save
from.

We really should enable Save as..

Go into the Context Menu prefs. Click the cycle gadget until it says
"Link". Click the "Copy URL to Clipboard" entry. Change "Action" to
"Command" and enter "CopyToClip" in the box. Click Okay. Save
prefs.

Basically it was never implemented before a few betas ago: you picked
up the default prefs from there and have saved since, so instead of using
the default context menu, it uses the one stored in the config file.
