I'll give it a glance later, I suspect it's merely that <div> and <span>
tags aren't added to the DOM yet (since they have no real use if there
is no CSS support). As for the "body" thing.. I have an idea. But this
won't be fixed before CSS is, I'd wager. It would be too useful to have
the error pop up until CSS is put in :)
