As Matt want to i report problems on THIS list, i'm here. [SIGH]
We have discussion about HTML interpreting into Voyager, so, there
is the result, what Matt asked me to look out for some adress ;)
I tried the www.matay.pl under IB and, except that there is not
working the animated things (rollover ;), all other things working
hapilly and i can miss these anims, tought.
Well, they are nice, but not necesary as much, as, for example,
readability of text.
Into AWeb/Voyager things working, true.
BUT! I have MUCH more interesting example!!!
Point your browser on www.eveellis.com ! Don't be affraid, the
first page is more that ENOUGHT to show you some Vayager flaws.
Let's start with AWeb. Only AWeb correctly opens the hooked
(hackers, you know ;) 'Adult XXX and Fetish links! Updated daily.'
fucking window.
But it add own scrolling bar into the right side (for whole page?!!?)...
Aditionaly, the image bar is broken, the page is trashed... :(
But all other things (except preloading the next images, shown
when mouse is over then) is fine. Images and things reacting, as they
should.
IBrowse don't open the fucking window (hooray :), and also the page
is displayed entierly correctly, except the little annoing fact,
that the onMouseover things won't working there, no matter of enabled
or disabled JS...
Rating - good :)
Voyager do things also relatively good. It popup the lame window,
yet, that is correct (except it don't show what iut containing, unlike
AWeb) - but - hell - the text warning box resizing the screen (?!?!)
and do many sort of weird things. Like it don't show the bottom
shuffle, it get too big W/O reason and so ...
Aditionaly, the onMouse elements reacting WRONGly, or, at least, weird.
For example, the ones 'About Me' 'Videos' Merchandise' 'Linx' don't
change when i moving the mouse horizontaly trought these ... etc.
Try for yourself.
Things aren't be ok.
Well, unlike AWeb, V at least do not trash the page by the text
'Voted "Best Bondage Model" in the Bondage 2000 - Annual Award',
but into AWeb the onMouse elements working correctly (except the missing
preload...) ...
And why IB is IMO best? Because i can copy the text from page, what
i select, to clipboard and this is NOT possible with any other browser
on Amiga!
(what a shame!!!)
