Odd, I have a PayPal account - I even signed up in Voyager.
I think this is a cache problem though: when you log in, it redirects
back to http://www.paypal.com and inspects cookies to give you
a different page, but V is using the one from the memory cache
instead - when you've logged in (i.e. it goes back to the homepage),
click Reload and it SHOULD refresh to the page you want.
The same is true of Yahoo! Groups and similar sites.
