What I mean is repeating bugs yourself. If many people have the same problem, they can report it themselves - but they need only do it once. What I also mean is that I have plenty of bugs to be going through. It's not like you could expect me to investigate, determine and produce ideas and fixes or hand off code to other team members, within 24 hours of receiving the bug. Every report you make gets put at the bottom of a very large list. The more reports you make, the more they get put at the bottom of a very large list. I may find your original reports, and get them fixed, but then your other reports will just be a waste of time for me - time which could be spent instead of thinking "hmm.. this already got fixed", but working out why a 'new bug' exists..
