Mine is in
Workbench:Prefs/Env-Archive/Vapor
and it is ASCII text called
CManager_path
and it reads
Work:netconnect2/programs/Voyager/CManager
When file is in place don't forget to reboot for it to be read in to ENV:Vapor.
