Because Storage, unlike DEVS: is not a logical device in AmigaOS.

You can assign Storage: but the install program wasn't looking for it,
nor was Mount.  Mount looks in Devs:DOSdrivers and
SYS:Storage/DOSdrivers.  So when the User-startup script does "mount
CD0:" nothing happens.

You can use Mount CD0: from ....
or put CD0: in Devs:DOSdrivers like the rest.
