Through Voyager. Go to the plugin preferences, select the flash plugin,
go to the sound page and disable it.
Something like this at least.
Flash is surely not working too well, but at least it sometimes work. If
more than one flash is running at the same time it also tend to cause
troubles.
Yesterday I had trouble with:

so you should probably not use them for testing :-)
