Hi Jason,
Are you seeing MATURE security associations in the VPN Trace utility
after you connect and attempt to send traffic? If so, do you see the
Transferred bytes increase for both the inbound and outbound SAs? You
can also try restarting all the services using the VPN Trace program and
attempt to connect again.
