This works on XP:-
taskkill /FI "WINDOWTITLE eq Shrew Soft VPN Connect*"
Of course we could argue about whether it is a "nice" way to disconnect.
If that concerns you, and you have the time, there are scripting options
to send the appropriate button click event to the window.

There is currently no option to disconnect a client connection from the
command line.
