I didn’t know running Shrew under OS X was possible, but am curious to know why using the native IPsec client in OS X is undesirable.

However, since upgrading to Mavericks, this hasn’t worked entirely well. It connects fine, however the connection does keep pinging out and so access to the IPs that the VPN listens for is incredibly laggy and difficult to use. Is there an alternative method to getting ShrewSoft VPN Client working on OS X Mavericks?
