Will the DPDK that VPP builds be packaged and made available
from the "make pkg-{rpm,deb}" targets? I see references to DPDK
in the vpp.spec file, and that it might be a plugin, but it is unclear to
me if these are this is the full DPDK installation (include files,
libraries,
system configuration) or just plugin glue libraries.
Is there a top-level Makefile target that makes the built DPDK
packages available? (I'm looking reluctantly for RPMs right now.)
