Meeting Minutes:

1) NSH_SFC 17.01 is released on Jan 31 and we are working on packaging
DPDK, VPP, HC and NSH_SFC into VM/Docker images for other Linux foundation
projects (e.g. ODL and Open-O) to use

l Two issues (next node and endian) founded during 17.01 integration tests
and fixed at last minutes, so it is very important to enable CSIT
automation integration by working with CSIT team.

l Packaging VPP and NSH_SFC for ODL and Open-O

ü Docker image for ODL SFC 104 and other PoC for containerized network
functions.

ü KVM/Qemu image for Open-O Mercury release enabling EPA

2) NSH_SFC 17.04 feature discussion and status (Hongjun and Prasad)

l Co-locate NSH_SFC and VPP in a same box, blocked on an issue handling
packets returned from SNAT node to NSH_SFC plugin, prefer to connect them
to a new L2 bridge instead of SNAT transmitting the packet directly.
Hongjun is working on this.

l Based on discussion between Hongjun and Prasad, plan for enabling MD
type 2 support and iOAM support as below:

ü Generic TLV routines in NSH_SFC, initial patches to send out for review
this week.

ü iOAM plugin by Prasad to reuse those routines for NSH based iOAM
implementation

ü Move TLV generic routines to VPP if needed (e.g. other graph nodes need
to use those routines)
