I look at the log, and search “APIGEN: “, indeed not find “ipsec.api.h” is generated. So I change the <platform>.mk, try to remove “ --without-libssl”, Then “ipsec.api.h” is generated, but I do not understand why “--without-libssl” can not work, there should be some dependency between different options.
