I’m sure Vanessa will correct me where I am wrong, but I the suse build was failing on basic things (missing virtualenv) and downvoting otherwise good patches; After I reported this I thought she was going to make them non-voting jobs (since it I thought I saw somewhere this is what they ought to be), but it seems it was removed from the trigger entirely.
