Hello, It appears to be related to the rebuilding of the repo metadata https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34318975/sonatype-nexus-yum-generate-metadata-repomd-xml-unavailable-during-rebuild I've observed that as soon as the rebuild is complete the repodata becomes available, but it seems that it just kicked off a new rebuild as soon as it finished.
Last time this happened Vanessa looked at it and changed the schedule of the rebuilds. I'm unsure if something has changed yet, but it appears to be a known issue. I'll let Vanessa chime in when she's available as she is more familiar with the specifics than I am.
