This is because the newer version is not only installed but in some cases the repo ‘ledgers’ are older than whats currently installed. (Due to the fact that I build the base build containers far more frequently than the openstack slaves are built). So now ill trash anything that is installed and scrum the repo material clean so it thinks whatever is offered is latest and proper. vanessa decided today was the day to smash her laptop so when she recovers ill get her to review and merge this up.
