Hi, We managed to link with openssl 1.1 successfully. The OS is ubuntu 16.04. Basically we downloaded v1.1, and built it. Then make some changes to vpp makefile pointing to the correct header and lib files.
V1.0.2 is still there for the other apps, but vpp is working with v1.1.
