I confirm that master has been rescued and reverted from “lockdown” back to
“normal”. Please proceed the “disinfection process” on 19.08 and 20.01 if you
will.

Sphinx upgraded itself last night under the hood to a (crashing) version 3.0.0
from 2.4.4.
I made a pin on master, so the master should be ok now - rebase and recheck
please, and let me know if it works!
Will do the same on the other two branches later today if we are all happy
about the fix on master...
