Short answer: not as the code stands today.
It would be simple to augment pcap_sw_if_index with a bitmap to solve “n choose k” problems. Making the scheme multi-instance would involve a significant rework, and effectively discards packet processing order information. I wouldn’t be in favor of that one. FWIW...
