Hi Chinmaya Aggarwal, I can see the "vec_resize_allocate_memory" api in the above stack and you are telling that after 7k tunnels this issue is seen. I suspect this issue could be due to memory exhaust in the system.
Can you please increase heapsize and statseg size in startup.conf file and check once.
