Can you share the git commit id that you used for your 22.10 because I have tried *configuration in startup.conf "linux-cp { default netns dataplane }"* but it is still not working.
I have also tried *22.06* and *23.02-rc0~127*, it's the same issue. Also which version of vpp was the *linux_nl_plugin.so* added? Trying to see if I can build the image manually and test.
