Poor bihash performance usually is caused by improper number of buckets 
assigned.
Formula which i found to work well for me is dividing target number of entries 
by 2.5 and then rounding to first higher power-of-2.

I.e. for 1.000.000 entries bucket size according to that formula would be 2^19 
(524288).
