In addition to what has already been reported, the current issue
is that traffic between two instances (VM = Debian + VPP + FRR)
cannot be established from the Linux side, though it works from
VPP. For example, if I ping from Linux to the other instance, it
fails; if I ping from VPP, it works. Consequently, services (such
as BGP) are not functioning.
