Folks,
I have just updated the docker executor images for the CI and in order
to for patches to be verified correctly, they must be based on this
gerrit change which has just been merged:

Any CI verification will fail for any gerrit change which is not based
on this gerrit change due to the inclusion of the latest version of
iperf3 in the ubuntu 22.04 docker executor image. Therefore if your
gerrit change is Verified -1 and all three ubuntu 22.04 variants of
maketest have failed, then REBASE your gerrit change on the top of
master (or the entire stacked chain of gerrit changes for those which
were submitted together). Recheck will not fix this issue.
I have rebased the current set of gerrit changes which were Verified -1
(and parent changes), currently saturating the CI. I will continue
monitoring and rebasing jobs which are Verified -1 tomorrow morning (EDT).
