Folks,
As mentioned in last week's VPP Community meeting, I have updated the VPP GHA concurrency group configuration [0] to cause existing workflows for a gerrit change to be cancelled automatically when a new gerrit event is received -- new patch, comment trigger (e.g. 'recheck', 'remerge', etc) prior to running the new workflow for the event.

gha: fix concurrency group to cancel existing gerrit change workflows

- Set the concurrency group across all classes of gerrit triggered
workflows to cancel currently running per-patch workflows for the
  same gerrit change classified by
<project>-<branch>-<change_number>-<namespace>
  e.g. vpp-master-44450-prod

Type: ci

I have verified that this works using my test gerrit change [1]. Note that the gerrit change will be marked 'Verified -1' when the running workflow is cancelled, but the vote will be updated once the new workflow is complete.

Please let me know if you encounter any anomalies with this new configuration.

Thanks,
-daw-
