FYI, stacking 13 gerrit changes in a dependent chain consumes the entire
CI nomad cluster when the base gerrit change is updated and all
descendant changes are rebased on their respective parents. Stacking 2
or 3 patches is ok, but to be honest I personally find stacked patches
to be a pain to review and merge.
Please break them up into either smaller chains or completely
independent gerrit changes if possible.
@All, please do not push updates to more than 4 or 5 different gerrit
changes at the same time. Multiple updates to the same gerrit change is
fine, now that GHA has been configured to only run workflows on the
latest gerrit update.
