Dear FD.io Community, Nominations are now open for the Committer-at-Large seats on the FD.io Technical Steering Committee.
The current Committer-at-Large seats held by Matthew Smith and Fan Zhang are up for election. Both seats carry a two-year term. *Eligiblity* Candidates must be Committers in good standing on at least one FD.io project. The official list of Committers is maintained in each project's INFO.yaml file in Gerrit. All Committers across all FD.io projects are eligible to vote. *Nomination Process* To self-nominate, please add your name, company, FD.io project(s) you commit to, a short biography, and a statement of intent to the election wiki page: https://lf-networking.atlassian.net/wiki/x/EIDbOw Nominations are open now and will close on April 8, 2026, at 17:00 PDT. *Election Process* If the number of nominees equals the number of open seats, all candidates will be declared elected by acclamation. If there are more nominees than seats, an election will be conducted via LFX Voting.
