The FD.io TSC has approved this change to the security process
documentation [0] and since there were no open comments, I have merged
45573.

I am not subscribed to tsc nor govpp ML so please forward accordingly.
This was discussed again during our community meeting, and we agreed to submit
it to the TSC and merge it next week if all is green. This is the right time to
comment.
