Come to think of it, I think this is my fault. Now I am able to add
.qmailadmin-limits file without needing the postmaster password. I think I
got confused because I saw this on the html:

Domain limits set
Mod Domain: Failed: No postmaster password

I thought I need the postmaster password because "Failed: No postmaster
password". Silly me.

I am using vQadmin v1.18

I am still getting that "hello" message after I add a user. Do you have any
other recent beta version I can test?

Thank you
