The language file would be in
"script alias"/vqadmin/html/??

where ?? = the language

The configuration file for vqadmin will be in the
source code directory named: config.h

If you can't find the language file you want, then please
translate the en file to your language and we can include
it in the next distribution.

The current language files include:
br  de  en  fi  fr  it  ja  nl  pl
