Hi Houston, I've got a problem!
I was upgrading qmailadmin on a mailserver yesterday when the vqadmin and the dmailweb interface suddenly stopped working. The server is running qmail, vpopmail, qmailadmin, vadmin, vqadmin and dmailweb. Since the the server is sending and receiving mail as usual, and the vadmin and qmailadmin-interface is working properly I have no clue what's causing this error. When entering mydomain.com/cgi-bin/vqadmin/vqadmin.cgi in my browser I get an error-message saying "Authentication Failed: Authentication Failed: Username unknown vQadmin was unable to determine your username, which means your webserver is improperly configured to run with this CGI. For security reasons, this script will not run without Apache htaccess lists." And when entering mymaildomain.com/cgi-bin/dmailweb.cgi I gets the usual login-screen, but after entering username, password and pressing 'login' I gets this message: "An error has occurred Server busy, please try again. W20: User login error" I've just started working on an existing mailserver which I'm not yet familiar with. Since this frontends is quite important to the company I would be really happy if someone out there could help me with where to start looking for the problem. -Raven-
