[vqadmin] Internal Server Error

I'm running vqadmin-2.3.2 vpopmail-5.2.1 vqadmin Domain menus work fine. vqadmin Add Email Account fails with Internal Server Error /var/log/httpd/error.log message reads: Premature end of script headers: /var/www/cgi-bin/vqadmin/vqadmin.cgi Has anyone got any ideas? Also, is there an option to list ALL Domains & ALL Email Accounts. I can list Domains containing a character, but is there a wild character?
