additionally, the stylesheet created by vqadmin is named vqadmin.css, right there in the html dir in the distribution. i would think that vqadmin would reference it's own stylesheet.

      not sure why it's doing the multi-hop link for the style sheet -
      the
      style sheet is installed in the same dir as the html files. and
      the list
      href line is listing show_users.

      i'm confused!
