Hi Thomas,

Usually you set or unset this when compiling vpopmail.
I made the experience that it is no problem to recompile vpopmail with 
different settings when already installed an running.
But: AFAIK you will have to unset/modify all quota for already existing users. 
For new users it will take quota-settings from the new compiled vpopmail.
Anyone correct me, if I'm wrong...
