[vqadmin] bypassing the acl control

Hi everyone,   I would like to bypass the acl control in the cgi vqadmin. Basically, I have a project to create/modify/delete a user directly by url since a remote web site that is working in ASP.NET. The Vqadmin cgi is good for this task because it’s very fast and easy to parameter in the URL. But I need to bypass the acl and htaccess athentification. I know to desactivate the Htaccess but the vqadmin acl no….may be in code bu where ?
