[vqadmin] vqadmin cannot see users

Hello, When I bring up a domain in vqadmin, which I created in vpopmail, I can pull up the domain however it tells me no postmaster or users.  I do not know why it cannot see any uesrs can it be because I did not build the domains and users in the default location?  I do not use ~/vpopmail/domains instead I use /data/vpopmail/domains/mydomain.com/myusers.  Is there a way to get vqadmin to build the domains where I want to build them and not in the default location?  And do I need to tell Vqadmin where to look for my domains and if so how?   Thanks for all your help Alex
