I think I found an issue using vserver-new on gentoo...

I tried to create a new Guest from a stage3 tarball - it failed for some stupid reasons and the script decided to remove the already created directories - unfortunatley it also removed the /dev filesystem inside the new guest, which crashed the /dev on my base server...

I am running all up-to-date tools and udev
