util-vserver-0.30.212/lib/ccaps-v13.c:

so it seems that recent tool do have it, what tool
do you currently use?
An older version, as 0.30.204 is shipped with Debian Sarge. On Tuesday I
had a short look into its sources (ccaps-v13.c) and discovered that
"quota_ctl" is not defined, indeed.
I'd prefer to stay the "stable", so at least 0.30.211 will be my
"recent" version soon ;-)
if they are too old, and you do not want to upgrade
you can also use the 'bit' notation (^20), see

What to say -- quotaon works now. Thanks a bunch for this hint (and your
