indeed this is the way to do it. I have modified the script to IPROOT="" is
translated to 0.0.0.0.

The vserver project was created to insure maximum flexibility. This is why you
can provide more capabilities, including capabilities which may be used to
break out of the vserver!!!

Anyway, the fix will be in the next release early next week (hopefully with
the new bind(any) support).
