Hi Joseph! vserver <name> start/enter operates on a virtual server context and directory ... I guess your directory can not be found correctly or does not contain the required files .... - check that /etc/vservers/vs1.conf and /etc/vservers/vs1.sh exist and actually contain appropriate data - verify that /vservers/vs1 (this is the important part) exists, is a directory and contains a complete virtual server root hierarchy (double check for typos) - verify permissions on this directory, and the mentioned files .. for example /bin/bash in the virtual server vs1 should be located at /vservers/vs1/bin/bash on the physical server ... hth, Herbert > Any idea? > > Thanks, > Joseph > > > > > > From: ray x <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> on 11/06/2003 12:48 > Please respond to [EMAIL PROTECTED] > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > cc: > Subject: Re: [vserver] Can't execute /bin/bash (No such file or directory) > > > > > you can check you /vsever/ , and see wether the dirctory of the the vserver > name is created. > > I have created vsever base on rh7.2 you can try it out .209.52.147.108 . > Good luck ! > > Raymond > > > Joseph S Chung <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Return Receipt > > Your [vserver] Can't execute /bin/bash (No such file or > document directory) > : > > was Joseph S CHUNG/ITSD/HKSARG > received > by: > > at: 06/11/2003 11:50:43 AM > > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > Do you Yahoo!? > Free online calendar with sync to Outlook(TM). > (See attached file: att1.htm) > > > you can check you /vsever/ , and see wether the dirctory of the the > vserver name is created. > > > > I have created vsever base on rh7.2 you can try it out .209.52.147.108 > . > > Good luck ! > > > > Raymond > > Joseph S Chung <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Return Receipt > Your [vserver] Can't execute /bin/bash (No such file or > document directory) > : > was Joseph S CHUNG/ITSD/HKSARG > received > by: > at: 06/11/2003 11:50:43 AM > _________________________________________________________________ > > Do you Yahoo!? > Free [1]online calendar with sync to Outlook(TM). > > References > > 1. http://us.rd.yahoo.com/mail_us/tag/*http://calendar.yahoo.com
