Benchmarking code in vss2svn.pl

Do we still need the Benchmark code in the vss2svn.pl script? I thought 
we only needed it when trying to optimize the SQL queries. I'd rather 
remove it if it's not needed any longer; if we do still need it then I 
can have it load only if --debug is called.
