It may be co-incidence but the the content that is showing after there
are the (only) files I know to have been added/changed in that
repository. That is, the other items in the repository were put there
by means of a backup of a different repository and restore to this
repository.
Ok, the backup and restore cycles are not yet tested and do not function
correctly, since they mess up the timestamps. We still have to find a
solution for that
