Backslash regression in pin_handler

Looks like there's some spots in the Perl source where backslashes are 
being used for path separators. I suddenly started seeing filenames in my 
working directory like "_vss2svn\datachache.NameLookup.tmp.txt". (That's 
all one name. With Linux, backslash is a valid character in a filename.) 
Both Dumpfile.pm and DataCache.pm have this issue.
