I'll be happy to provide additional comments if needed. The changes to
the time range check was to get all my files through: one was 43
seconds off and another one was -23 seconds off.
I'm thinking about, whether we need this timediff anyway. Since we have
the SanityChecker a lot of conversion errors are picked up later. I
think Toby did it in the first place since he wanted to be on the safe
side.
