Sounds like you might not have one of the faster Perl XML parsers
installed. Or your repo is really big. The converter starts by
extracting all the repo metadata using "ssphys info" on each VSS
physical file to convert it to XML and loading each XML file into a
sqlite2 DB. If you only have the "pure Perl" XML parser, the loading
of each dump will be pretty slow.
The .exe version includes the Expat XML parser module so that *should*
be used. Keith, near the beginning of the output there should be a line
"XML Parser:", what does it say?
