Thanks. Don't let me rush you-- when I asked the question I had no idea
what the differences were. If there's not enough for a new release than
so be it.

I will try with the current release to see how the conversion goes. My
last attempt was with 0.10 and I had to hold off because of some
unhandled actions during the conversion. I'll let the list know how it
goes.

OK, I'll try to roll up another zipfile soon... looks like the latest 
one was released August 4; there haven't been many changes since then 
(http://www.pumacode.org/projects/vss2svn/log/trunk) but I'll put 
another one up when I can get a chance to put it together...
