So you are saying this warning/error is due to faulty hardware? I did re-do the migration again and this it didn't gave me the decompression
of svndiff data failed error. Although that error/warning below kept on
popping up.

Well, I tell it might be due faulty hardware. The svndiff error can be caused only by some error during "svnadmin load" command - as there are no svndiff data in dump file. So, there is either a bug in svn or You have failing hardware. From Your message it sounded that You have other random errors, so I suspected hardware...
