Just to be clear (not sure if you've looked at the nant file), I'm not
compiling ssphys.exe myself; I'm just downloading the latest one from
the website and including it in the zipfile. Let me know if you want me
to try to get the ssphys build automated as well but hopefully it won't
be undergoing much more development at this point.
I do need to modify the script only upload a new build if it has changed
from the previous one.
