Thanks to all for pointing out the problems.
There is a new version at:

Fixes:
- should work properly whether the widget tree is displayed or not
- does not save files that rely on Itcl or BLT, they should run with
standard Tcl/Tk
- vTcl1.4 does not rely on Itcl anymore, it only uses standard Tcl/Tk
(8.0 or greater)
- includes freewrap to create stand-alone executables (for now Linux
only)
